UIP Data Export Report Generate UIP submission files directly from SELMA for upload to the Ministry of Education portal.
Certificate QR Code Verification Enhancement Certificates with verification QR codes now perform real-time validation against the enrolment each time they are scanned. This ensures data accuracy by reflecting the current enrolment status. If an enrolment status changes from completed to another status (e.g. failed), scanning the QR code will no longer generate the certificate.
Intake Transfer Dropdown Improvements When transferring an enrolment between intakes, the dropdown now displays intakes from the same programme first, reducing the need to search through the full list. All intakes are organised by start date, with sooner start dates appearing at the top.
Passport Field Requirements Update Expiry Date and Country are no longer mandatory fields when adding passport details to a student record.
Bulk Component Marking Performance Bulk grading and bulk completion code functions from the marking page now process asynchronously in the background, allowing large datasets to be updated without timing out.

Inactive Lookup Values in Dropdowns Withdrawal Reasons and Marketing Source lookup values that have been made inactive are no longer displayed in forms throughout the system.
My Calendar Timezone Conversion Fixed timezone conversion for the My Calendar feature.
End Date Calculator Accuracy Fixed an issue where end date calculations for certain periods in 2026 were falling on incorrect dates.
Document Upload Form Layout Swapped the order of the document upload box and document type dropdown for a cleaner user experience, as the upload box was interfering with the dropdown.
Student Merge Component Updates Fixed an issue where the enrolment component table was not updated correctly during student merges.
Report Builder Date Filters Fixed ranged date filters for the Report Builder.
PDF Generation File Extensions Fixed an issue where PDF generation failed to append file extensions, preventing some systems from opening the files.
Quote Index Total Calculation Fixed an issue where the quote index total was not multiplying by quantity.
Enrolment Component Date Inheritance Fixed an issue where enrolment components were incorrectly using intake dates instead of intake component dates.
