Features/Improvements

Legal Age Configuration

  • By default it is set to 18. Customer Success Team will configure this to match your regional requirements.

Calendar / Timetable Enhancements

  1. Improved formatting with Day/Time bolded and Course not bolded
  2. Marking attendance now stays on the same day when saving attendance
  3. Added icon to show that a Note exists against an Attendance entry
  4. Added ability to delete an attendance register session
  5. Additional improvements:
    • Timezone / UTC caching and setting
    • Confirmation dialog before deleting timetable session
    • Improved error messaging when no attendance data is available
    • Fixed: attendance register PDF on enrolment correctly shows enrolments for that timetable

Intake and Class Enrolment Improvements

  • Added sorting functionality to Intake Enrolment screen
  • Student’s preferred name now appears next to their name in brackets (when available)
  • Added filter/ordering button for Class students lists and attendance list
  • Student ID now displayed on Class Enrolment tab and Attendance Marking screen
  • Names now sorted by last name in ascending order (A-Z) by default
  • Filter/Sort button added to toggle between ascending and descending order

Text Messaging

Added the TXTStream SMS provider integration for sending text messages to NZ mobile numbers.

Bug Fixes

Programme to Intake Parent Components Mapping

Fixed parent-child component relationships during intake and enrolment creation.

Student Index – Search Functionality

  • When searching for full names in the quick search you now get the desired results.
  • Enrolment index changed from first name and last name columns, to one column named full name, matching the student index.
  • NSN and USI are now searchable fields, depending on the config you have enabled.

Timetable Import Time Conversion

Imports create date time fields within the create timezone for each account.

Photo Orientation Issue

Fixed issues with photo orientation in uploaded images.

Cloud Assess Completion Logging

Fixed Cloud Assess outcomes imported and affecting completions not being processed correctly.

Programme Component Editing

Fixed being unable to edit component from the programme component edit view.
