Features/Improvements

Multi-Select Campus Filter in Grid Reports

Added new multi-select filter option for grid reports, allowing users to filter report data to display information for multiple selected campuses, intakes, or other entities simultaneously. This enhancement improves reporting flexibility when analysing data across specific subsets of locations or programmes.

Enhanced Class Linking Logic for Enrolment Components

When linking a class to an enrolment, users can now choose which class components to automatically add to the enrolment through a new selection dialogue. The system intelligently prevents adding components that are already completed or in progress, while allowing re-adding of previously failed components. This configuration needs to be enabled for your system – let us know if you are interested in this feature.

Bug Fixes

AVETMISS Reporting Issue

[AUS SPECIFIC] Fixed issue where cloning an intake or bulk updating enrolments from an intake would not correctly set the default value on the default delivery mode. Additionally resolved issue where the default delivery mode field could not be set back to null on the Enrolment level.

Attendance Backfill Function

Fixed issue where attendance sessions were incorrectly created before enrolment start date or class enrolment valid dates when using the attendance backfill feature.

Google Address Components

Updated compulsory address components and Google mapping configuration for Australian instances to ensure proper address validation and mapping functionality.

Form Rules with Custom Fields

Form rules now properly save and function correctly when working with custom fields.

Xero Integration & Invoices

Fixed bug where, when the payer was the student, the link incorrectly directed to the enrolment page instead of the student page. Also updated payment values returned from Xero to correctly display as negative values.
