Enhanced Student Enrolment Flow

The enrolment process has been streamlined with improved automations and additional fields. Users now have even greater control when enrolling students, with new options and field configurations available to customise the enrolment workflow according to institutional needs.

Form Submission PDF Documents

Form submissions now automatically attach the generated submission PDF to the student’s document tab, improving document organisation and accessibility. This enhancement ensures all form-related documentation is readily available in a centralised location on the student record.

API Enhancements: Intake Fees and Tags

Extended API functionality to include IntakeFee and TagAssociations in all relevant endpoints. These fields are now available for Get, Post, and Patch requests, and are also visible in related entity queries (such as Intake API calls). This provides greater flexibility for integrations and external systems accessing SELMA data.

Communication Template Multi-Select Fields

Enhanced communication templates with multi-select field support, allowing for more flexible and dynamic email and document generation with multiple selections.

General performance improvements and optimisations.

Student Organisation Association Management

Added ability to delete student organisation associations, providing administrators with better control over student-organisation relationships and data maintenance.

Bug Fixes

Enrolment Index Tag Search

Fixed issue with tag search functionality on the enrolment index, ensuring tags can be properly searched and filtered.

NZ Compliance Reporting Exclusions

[NZ SPECIFIC] Fixed issue where certain New Zealand enrolment completion codes were incorrectly included in reporting. The system now properly excludes the appropriate completion codes from compliance reports.

Custom Field Issues

Resolved various issues affecting custom field functionality, ensuring custom fields save and display correctly across the system.

Form Translation

Fixed missing form translations that affected the display of forms in certain language configurations.
