3.15.0 Release Notes

Features/Improvements

Multiple International Documents Support Students can now store multiple visas, passports, and insurance records instead of being limited to just one of each. This provides better flexibility for managing international student documentation. Students can add, edit, and remove multiple visa, passport, and insurance entries as needed, with student profiles now displaying international documents in organised cards. All existing student visa, passport, and insurance information has been automatically migrated to the new system without any data loss.

QR Code Certificate Verification Added option to include a QR code on diplomas and certificates. When scanned, the QR code displays the same certificate on a public verification page, allowing users to verify that it is a genuine certificate. This enhances security and provides easy verification for employers and other institutions.

Enhanced Email Template Fields Added 28 new fields that can be used in email templates to personalise communications, including:

  • Student Information: Title, Gender, Citizenship, Bank Account details, Visa Number and Expiry Date, NSN Number
  • Course Information: Teaching Weeks, Credits, Components Count, Programme details and fees breakdown
  • Enrolment Information: Total Fees, Invoiced Amount, Paid Amount, Invoice Due Amount, Current Enrolment Status
  • Location Information: Organisation address details including Street, Suburb, and City

Background Task Performance Improvements Improved system responsiveness by moving background tasks from polling to real-time updates, resulting in faster page loads and more responsive user interface interactions.

Enhanced Enrolment Status Display Updated the enrolment status wizard to show the correct status labels in dropdown menus instead of internal system names, providing clearer information for users.

Australian Funding Source Updates [AUS SPECIFIC] Added new Queensland funding source state values and updated existing funding source codes.

Bug Fixes

Lookup Data Migration Prompts Fixed issue where deleting certain Lookup Data fields did not always prompt users to migrate data to alternative fields.

Marking Screen Performance Improved load times on the marking screen.

NZ Compliance Data Population [NZ SPECIFIC] Fixed issue where using Map Components at the Enrolment level did not populate NZ Compliance data from the component. Linking Enrolments to a Class and mapping components to an Enrolment now correctly populate NZ SDR fields, taking data from the intake component as priority, then from the root component.

Visa Status Default Values Corrected issue where Visa Status was incorrectly defaulting to “Not Yet Available” when editing existing records that already had a status set. The system now only applies the default value when no status is currently set.

Enrolment Component Loading Speed Improved loading speed of the Enrolment Component Edit.

System Performance Optimisations General improvements.
