Features/Improvements
Bulk Certificate Downloads
From an Intake level, you will now have the ability to bulk export certificates (transcripts, statement of attainments, diplomas, attendance reports) for enrolments under that intake. The enrolments you choose are up to your discretion, and the PDFs will be exported in a zip file. Note that attendance reports will only be created where that enrolment actually has attendance data, and you will only be able to create diplomas for completed enrolments.
NZ Compliance: Funding Source Display
Removed the code from the funding source label as there was a double up with the code column itself and then the code being in the label.
Intake Enrolment Table Enhancements for NZ Customers
Added ‘Funding Source’ and ‘Total Fees’ columns to the intake enrolment grid for NZ customers.
IRD Number Field
Added IRD number field to Student NZ Compliance and SELMA forms.
Timetable Import Enhancements
You can now import campus locations and teacher assignments directly with your timetable sessions, eliminating the need to manually assign staff and locations after import. Also fixed imported dates to be based on the user’s timezone.
Class Enrolment File Import Improvements
When using the importer – an enrolment component will be re-linked to an enrolment if the student previously unsuccessfully finished (finished, but not passed) the enrolment component.
