→ How can I bulk update existing enrolments with the new fields?
You can bulk update existing enrolments via the intake level. Fields such as Apprenticeship, Secondary School Programme Indicator, Tuition Fee, and Course Compulsory Cost Fee are all under the enrolment component level
Please note that default values for new enrolments can be set in component level.
→ Where can I enter the Actual Course Fee Amount?
This is a not a new field in SELMA SIS. The value is taken from the Course Tuition Fee plus the Course Compulsory Fee under the enrolment component level.
For new enrolments, default values can be set-up on component level.
→ What new fields are mandatory?
The only mandatory fields are the Actual Course Fee Amount—which is the sum of the Course Tuition Fee and the Course Compulsory Fee—and the Qualification Completion Date, which corresponds to the enrolment’s Finished Date.
All other fields are optional. However, please note that for Final Fees Free, the IRD number is important.
→ Will the new extraction be in the new format and contain all new fields?
Yes the SELMA SDR extraction aligns with TEC’s new format (CSV). It also contains all new fields.
