Programmes

At its core, programmes represent the educational offerings your organization provides for students. These offerings may culminate in various qualifications such as certificates, diplomas and degrees.

Creating a Programme

To create a Programme: Curriculum -> New Programme

You will be directed to the ‘New Programme’ information page –

Capture relevant information and click on Create –

Once created you can then complete the balance of the Programme information by clicking on the green pencil. Top right –

Programme Fees

To list fees associated with a programme click on Fees tab –

Select +Add and complete relevant details

Programme Components can be mapped in the Components tab –

Search for the component and drag them to Selected Components on the right –

Intakes

To create and assign an intake to your programme, click on Intakes Tab and select Add –

Intakes can also be allocated via Cohorts

End date is automatically calculated based on the length of the programme –

You will then be directed to Cohorts section to complete further details.
