Student Enrolment Validation
When enrolling a student directly from the student page, validation now runs when selecting an intake. If the student is not validated for that intake, they will be deselected with a notification. Valid students for the selected intake will appear in the selectable list. When changing intakes after adding students, validation runs again and removes any invalid students with notification of how many were deselected.
Grading Scheme Values
When selecting a grading scheme on the marking modal, only grades relevant to that specific grading scheme are displayed.
Component Deletion Warning
Added a warning dialogue when attempting to delete a component that is already in use elsewhere in the system.
Organisation Country Field
Country is no longer a mandatory field when creating or editing an organisation.

New portal configuration options added to control student access and editing capabilities:

Default Programme Templates
When creating a new programme, default transcript, diploma, and statement of attainment templates are now automatically set.
Generate Attendance Session UI
Updated the “Generate Attendance Session” button with a clearer user interface and improved help text for better usability.
Report Alignment
Updated grid report and report builder to use left alignment for both headers and content, improving readability.
EPI Report Filter Defaults
Added default values to EPI report filter options when no value is set, improving the overall filter experience.
Canvas Sub-Accounts
The Canvas integration can now be limited to a sub-account on the integration configuration page.
Bug Fixes
Report Builder Import Limit
Fixed issue where report builder imports were limited to creating only 2000 records.
Cloud Assess Units Reload
Fixed an issue where Cloud Assess units would not reload on the enrolment component screen.
Campus Holiday Attendance Marking
Fixed issue where campus holidays were not automatically marking sessions as NA (Not Applicable).
Event Index Sorting
Object, object ID, and name columns are no longer sortable on the event report index to prevent errors.
NZQA Report Header
Fixed header display issue in NZQA reports.
