3.25.0 Release Notes

New Features

Clone Programmes & Components

You can now quickly duplicate existing programmes and components while preserving their structure, fees, custom fields, and regional compliance data.

Campus Enhancements

Campus records can now be linked to an internal organisation (Campus School) and multiple staff members (Managers). Each campus can have an associated address with full address details.

Stagger Enrolment Components

When creating an Enrolment or Intake, you can now choose to stagger component dates — the system will set start/end dates sequentially based on the order of delivery.

Enhancements

Event Scheduler — Email Target Selection

Scheduler communication items now include an “Email Target” field, allowing emails to be sent to any combination of a student’s primary, secondary, and school email addresses.

Event Scheduler — Hour Duration Unit

Added hour as a duration unit, usable in report subscriptions, component duration, and programme duration triggers.

AU — Campus at Unit/Component Level

Campus can now be set at the unit/component level. When a learner transfers campuses mid-course, each unit will report the correct delivery location in AVETMISS exports.

Clone Intake — Search by Code

The Intake dropdown on the Clone Intake page is now prefixed with the Intake Code, allowing you to search by code or name.

Work Based Training — Transfer Employer

Allows for the proper transfer of employer during the Work Based Training process. Multiple training agreements are now displayed, showing current and historical records.

Mail Merge — Visa, Passport & Insurance Tables

Three new complex mail merge fields added under the student object: tables for visas, passports, and insurances.

Achievement Matrix Export

Added the ability to export the Intake and Class achievement matrix to CSV format.

Public Trust — Course Title Length

Public Trust Integration will now send course titles up to 255 characters (increased from 30).

Public Trust — Student Reference Field

Added Public Trust Student Reference as a fillable field on the student profile.

NZ — UIP Report

UIP report now includes all enrolments/students regardless of international status, as per NZQA requirements.

NZ — SDR Validation

Residency Status is no longer required for default SDR validation rules.

Contact Portal — Invitation Emails

Portal invitation emails are now standardised.

Student Stakeholder Linking — Organisation Sort Order

Organisations are now listed in alphabetical order when linking on the Student page.

SELMA Forms — Contact Us Button

The Contact Us button is now removed from successful Stripe payment confirmations.

Platform Upgrade

Updated core platform dependencies to the latest supported versions, including security patches and performance optimisations.
